The nominal freezing capacity is designed as per raw shrimps, with the specification of about 15g/piece and the material distribution density of 3.9kg/m2;

The cold consumption under nominal working conditions is calculated as per the operating condition at -47ºC vaporization temperature. When the actual freezing temperature is different from the value in the table, please configure the system equipment according to actual operating conditions.

following new features: A new surge bin structure is adopted and it has dual functions such as pre-cooling and cold loss prevention, thus greatly improving the effective utilization ratio of equipment.

The modular design greatly simplifies the installation and commissioning process, realizes quick on-stream and shortens the user's construction period.

Extremely small floor area: the floor area of the unit is 40% less than that of the traditional quick freezer, thus saving the maximum production space for users. The extremely easily cleaned internal structure has no hygienic dead angle and meets the requirements of food hygiene and safety to the greatest extent possible. Evaporators are distributed on the two sides of the conveyer belt, air intake and out are uniform, and a variable fin pitch structure is adopted and has features such as small wind resistance at low temperature and high evaporation efficiency.

Special stainless steel conveyer belts are adopted and have high strength and long service life.

SEW direct-connection reducer is adopted and has high transmission efficiency, safety and reliability.

The base plate is tilted by a certain angle for convenience of cleaning and defrosting water drainage.

Main electrical components all use those of famous brands such as Schneider etc.
