The product introduces the core technology of TO YO's patent quick freezing technology--"thermal fuctuation" air distribution system,so that high-speed uniform cold air currents are sprayed onto food surfaces in "pulsing mode,and food surfaces are under the alternate action of vertical wind with vortex wind, thereby realizing quick and continuous heating between cold air currents and food surfaces andbetween food surfaces and food centers, effectively increasing food freezing speed and greatly improving food freezing quality.

FREEZERS
MOON-TECH freezers include tunnel freezer,spiral freezer,fluidized freezer,plate freezer and shelf plate freezer, 5 categories in total,which are widely adopted in industries for aquatic produce,meat,fruits,vegetables and prepared foods processing.
1.The quick-freezing can enable the food to freeze rapidly and run through the growth zone of ice crystal quickly without damaging cell wall or losing tissue fluid to maintain original color, original taste and original quality of food;
2. The quick-freezing shall not lose food juice or affect color, taste, nutrition or other features of unfrozen food. Meanwhile, the nutrient and natural pigment shall not run off with food juice, especially the vegetable food. In accordance with the expert's research on the destructive testing of taste & texture of refrigeration technology of frozen strawberry products. The strawberry maintains highly tight texture when applying ultra-low temperature quick-freezing.
3. The quick-freezing does not lose moisture, so the drying loss or dehydration on the surface during the quick-freezing process of food will not be reduced , almost no loss of weight;
4. The low-temperature quick-freezing food restrains the bacteria growth and bio-enzyme activity. The cold storage time of food after quick-freezing that can last for several months or several years, and the food is safe without deterioration;
5. It solves the regional restrictions of special foods & makes the food with original tastes easy to transport to all around the world;
6. The output surplus, expiration, deterioration and other problems are completely solved.

The tunnel freezer can freeze single or dish productsof multiple shapes and types quickly, effectively and economically and realizecontinuous entry and output of products for asserhbly line processing.The tunnel (plate belt) quick freezer is used mainly in quick freezing of meats, aquatic products and Certai fruits and vegetables; the tunnel (mesh belt) quick freezer is used mainly in quick freezing of prepared foods including dumplin!s, stuffed bun, rice dumplings, etc. as well as single or dish meats and aquatic products.
Compared with common plate belt freezers and mesh belt quick freezers,the high-effciency tunnel freezer is characterized by short freezing time and high freezing quality.The equipment is unsuitable for quick freezing the easily deformed foods such as bread fish,bread shrimp, etc.
