Freezing Principle:

While the frozen goods spiral upward/downward inside the equipment, the surface of the frozen goods undergoes efficient heat exchange through high-velocity low-temperature air flow. The goods are output from the discharge end once fully frozen, completing the entire conveying and quick-freezing process. The principles of Arctic Flow and high-speed air blowing ensure rapid and uniform freezing in the shortest possible time. Due to the multi-layered stacking of the conveyor belts, a large output can be achieved within a limited floor space.

Driving Principle:

The rotating cage is driven by 2 main variable-frequency reducers. The ultra-high molecular weight wear-resistant strips on the rotating cage drive the conveyor mesh belt to perform spiral movement along the rotating cage and supporting guide rails through friction. At the same time, the auxiliary reducer on the tensioning device tightens the mesh belt, which then returns to the feed inlet via the tensioning device to form a circular movement. Among them, the main and auxiliary reducers compensate for the operation deviation through the driving value, ensuring the mesh belt is properly tensioned (neither too tight nor too loose).

4. The low-temperature quick-freezing food restrains the bacteria growth and bio-enzyme activity. The cold storage time of food after quick-freezing that can last for several months or several years, and the food is safe without deterioration;
