Evaporative condenser is the main heat exchange equipment in the refrigeration system. The operating principle is that the compressor discharge the superheated high-pressure refrigerant gas, which goes through the condensing tube in the evaporative condenser, so that the high temperature gaseous refrigerant and the spray water and air outside the tube heat exchange, taking away the heat released by the high temperature medium, to achieve the purpose of condensation.
MOON-TECH evaporative condenser mainly includes the following four forms:
1.LNZ series Countercurrent evaporative condenser
The evaporative condenser is a kind of high-efficiency energy-saving heat exchange equipment which absorbs the heat of fluids in heat exchange coils through the evaporation of water films sprayed onto the outer surface of heat exchange coils, thereby condensing (cooling) the fluids in tubes. Dry cold air enters from the lower air inlet,exchanges materials with the circulating water flowing from the upper part, absorbs heat and moisture, becomes hot wet air and then is exhausted out of the top air outlet.The cooled medium enters from the upper inlet of the coil set; after multiple trips in coils and full heat exchange with circulating water, the cooled medium is discharged from the lower outlet of the coil set. Circulating water is pumped by the water pump from the lower water collecting tank to the upper spray tube set and distributed uniformly to the outer surface of the coil set via large flow nozzles while transferring heat with the medium in tubes and external air;a small quantity of moisture is evaporated into air, and the majority of water falls back into the water collecting tank for re-circulation.

2.LNZ series Cocurrent evaporative condenser
With air as the cooling medium and water as the carrier, the down-flow evaporative condenser is a kind of efficient heat exchange equipment, which combines the performance of water-cooled cooler and conventional packing cooling tower. The downstream structure adopts the design concept of fengshui mixed flow in the same direction, and the secondary heat exchange technology of the combination of coil and filler is used, so that the circulating water that has not evaporated in the heat exchange area can be cooled twice in the packing layer, so that the circulating water temperature is lower. The feng shui flows through the surface of the coil in the same direction to ensure that the cooling water is completely wrapped around the surface of the coil, so that the surface of the coil is always wet, effectively avoid the formation of dry points and scale on the surface of the coil, and enhance the heat transfer efficiency.
