Condenser
Condenser is one of teh major heat exchangers of compressor refrigerartion system,for cooling high pressure superheated steam discharged from the compressor, and condensering it into saturated liquid under condensing temperature.
At present, the condenser has 3 series: LNW horizontal type, LNLvertica type, and LNZ evaporative type.
THIS IS SHELL-TUBE CONDENSER, BUT NOW MANY CUSTOMERS USE EVAPORATIVE CONDENSER.
Horizontal condenser
LNW high-efficient horizontal condenser adopted screw slot tube, with high efficiency of heat exchanging. During operation, the high-pressure superheated vapor will flow from the top of the shell into the steam tube as well as the space between the shell and tube bunch, exchanging heat with the cooling water in the tube pass, and condensing into liquid at the tube surface, flow out through the drain-pipe at the bottom of the shell. The cooling water flows into the condenser through water inlet pipe under the end cap. Due to the function of water distribution bars on the end cap, the cooling water is separated into several parts and flowing in proper order in the tank, finally discharged from the drain-pipe on the end cap.
