Product Description

Design features of new LNZ series products:
1. Coil set:
The coil set uses the Moon's patent product "iso-drop type heat exchange tube" and has the following advantages: small air resistance, low fan power consumption, good water film binding effect, good heat exchange effect, small volume in tubes, and small refrigerant charging quantity. 
The coil set is hot dip galvanized integrally, the zinc layer thickness is up to over 70μm, and the service life of the coil set reaches over 10 years.
Heat exchange tubes are welded and formed at a time using an imported German production line. The whole heat exchange tube has no attachment welds. Before and after assembling, two pressure tests are performed. After hot dip galvanizing, the third pressure test is conducted to ensure the strength and airtightness of the coil unit. 



2. Outer panel
Outer panels use imported hot-dip galvanized steel plates. Passivation treatment of the surface is conducted. The double-sided zinc coating thickness of the imported hot-dip galvanized steel plate reaches 100μm, which is far too larger than that of a domestic galvanized plate. At present, the double-sided zinc coating thickness of a domestic hot-dip galvanized steel plate is no larger than 40μm. 
We also use stainless steel plate to ensure the long-term stability and consistency of the product qualityof the cooling fan.



3. Air intake shutter 
PVC sine wave type shutters are used and they have advantages such as anticorrosion, resistance to ageing and ultraviolet rays, small wind resistance and small weight. 

4. Axial fan
Direct-connection type fan with high transmission efficiency and without wearing parts 
Large diameter and low speed; noise level 3~5dB lower than that of a common fan; more uniform wind field flow velocity 
Aluminum alloy blades with high strength, small weight and high resistance to corrosion. 
Class F insulated motor of IP55 protection level, which is applicable to outdoor environment and high temperature and high humidity operating environment. 


Operating principle:
The evaporative condenser (cooler) is a kind of high-efficiency energy-saving heat exchange equipment which absorbs in heat exchange coil tubes through the evaporation of water films sprayed onto the outer surface of heat exchange coil tubes (the forced convection air generated by the draught fan brings out water vapor), thereby condensing (cooling) the fluids in tubes.
