Product Description

 

Vacuum freeze dryer is a special equipment which can dry efficiently at low temperatures. It has the advantages of good drying effect, good preservation effect and controllable drying process. It has been widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, biotechnology and scientific research etc.

The vacuum freeze dryer is mainly composed of six parts: vacuum system, freezing system, heating system, control system, operating system and material transportation system.
 

    Advantages of vacuum freeze drying:

1. Because the drying of materials is carried out under vacuum conditions, the system is highly anoxic, which can better inhibit the growth of microorganisms, so that the materials that are easy to oxidize are better protected.
2.Because the drying of the material is operated under freezing, the moisture in the material is directly sublimated from ice to water vapor to be removed, which makes the loss of some volatile components or nutrients in the material is very small, and it is more suitable for the drying of some biochemical products or foodstuffs.
 

3.Vacuum freeze drying is at a lower temperature (below the freezing point of water) under the operation, for many heat-sensitive material drying is particularly suitable. For example, for proteins, microorganisms and other substances, the use of vacuum freeze drying will not occur denaturation or will not lose biological activity. Therefore, it is widely used in medicine.
4.The material in the vacuum freezing operation drying, can be discharged in the material about 95% -99% of the water, so that the dried products are not easy to get shrinkage, not easy to deteriorate, can better retain the structure of the material (nutrient fibers and solids), so that it can be quickly rehydrated after the addition of water to restore the original properties. Therefore, the food produced by vacuum freeze-drying method is closer to the flavor of fresh food.
