Enclosure
 
The enclosure is made of high quality galvanized steel plates and has very good corrosion resistance. The air port is stretched by the fan base plate into a bell mouth, thus not only increasing the rigidity of the air port but also ensuring smooth air flow and small resistance loss.

Coil
  1. Aluminum tubes and aluminum fins are characterized by light weight and fast heat conduction. Imported special equipment is used for expanded connection of fins with heat exchange tubes, and they are in tight contact, thereby realizing small thermal contact resistance and high heat exchange efficiency.
     
  2. Steel tubes and steel fins are hot-dip galvanized integrally, have strong corrosion resistance and can obtain longer service life. Fins and heat exchange tubes are treated using integral hot-dip galvanizing process and the zinc coating thickness is
    0.06-0.10mm, so that they from an integral heat exchanger component. In addition, optimize tube inside design, reduce resistance and ensure very high heat transfer efficiency.
     
    The fin combination mode with constant fin spacing and variable fin spacing is used, thus better developing the heat transfer efficiency of the air cooler in various environment. The frame of coil is hot-dip galvanized integrally and thus has high strength and good corrosion resistance.
       

Fin

Fins have large size and wavy form integrally, thus realizing high heat exchange efficiency and also making for sanitary disposal. Aluminum fins use the fin form combining stretched and heightened neck rings with constant fin spacing; steel fins use a special coronal structure for constant spacing so as to ensure accurate positioning of fins.

 
Axial fan and motor
 
The screen-protected axial fan is characterized by high efficiency, wide optional
 
range of air quantity and wind pressure, stable operation and low noise. The blades of the fan are made of die-casting aluminum alloy, thus realizing both light weight and good corrosion resistance. The new blade design makes aerodynamic performance better. The protective level of the fan motor is IP55 and its applicable temperature range -40ºC -40ºC .


 
Cooling tank and water pan
 
Both the cooling tank and the water pan are made of high quality galvanized steel plates and have very good corrosion resistance. The cooling tank designed with a mesh water spraying mode is characterized by uniform water spraying, no blind area, high defrosting speed and small water consumption. The water pan is demountable, thus making for cleaning and ensuring sanitation. The shielding board between the cooling tank and the water pan effectively prevents water from splashing outside.
