Before starting the operation of grading machine, please clean, wash and check the whole machine.
Put the shrimp in cleaning tank for preselection and washing, and the sewage will be discharged from the outer overflow hole.
Send the shrimp to grading machine by lifting conveyor and adjust the conveying speed by mechanical device. Operator must control the amount of shrimps not too much or not too less. But there must be enough shrimps in the grading drum. Note to slide the shrimps continuously into the tank.
Grading machine can be controlled. Adjust the clearance of drum to the right size of shrimp. The upper side of drum is at the smaller size, but the lower side at the bigger size.
The smallest size of shrimp will be sent to the outlet of conveyor first, and the other size of shrimps will slide down. The biggest size of shrimp is the last grade. The machine is designed to be six grades: 16/20, 21/25, 26/30, 31/35, 36/40 and 41/50. If there are much more grades in one batch, select the remaining shrimps once again. Suggestion: Take the six main grades of shrimp into consideration, and adjust the six sizes of drum based on that. For the remaining grade, we can resize the machine and reselect the remaining shrimps. Note: During grading, we must use water spray to lubricate drum in case friction of drum damage the shrimps.
