The LSS series single-drum spiral freezers and LSD series double-drum spiral freezers consist of insulation structures, stainless steel mesh belts, transmission systems, tensioning devices, evaporators, air distribution systems, cleaning and drying devices, feeding devices, discharging devices, and electric control systems.The operating principle of the spiral freezer: the variable-frequency speed reducer drives the rotary cage to rotate; depending upon friction effect, the high molecular wearing strips on the rotary cage drive the conveyor mesh belts to spirally move along the rotary cage and supporting guide rail; meanwhile the speed reducer on the tensioning device stretches mesh belts outward and mesh belts return to the feed inlet via the tensioning device, thus ensuring stable and reliable operation of mesh belts in the whole circulation process Materials enter conveyor belts from the low feed inlet and then are lifted or lowered via the rotary cage; meanwhile, after being quickly frozen by high-speed uniform cold airflows--complete airflows, materials are conveyed out of the high outlet of the LSS series single-drum spiral freezer or out of the low outlet of the LSD series double-drum spiral freezer.
