Product Overview
Background: In the poultry slaughter process line, since hot water is used during the slaughter process, the carcass temperature is relatively high, so pre-cooling is required before segmentation. There are often a lot of blood stains and feathers in the process of slaughtering and depilation.
Traditional carcass pre-cooling method mainly adopts segmented spiral pre-cooling device:a one-time overflow ice water + flake ice mode. This can lead to increasing the cost.

·Red Water Chiller is mainly used for pre-cooling the carcasses produced by poultry slaughtering line or chicken slaughterhouse.
·Compared with traditional pre-cooling method, red water chiller unit can save the cost by improving the heat exchange efficiency.
